Project Overview
Operating under the mentorship of senior leadership at Youding, I took the lead in conceptualizing and executing the integration of an intelligent AI chatbot into our existing product suite. The core challenge was to design a solution that automated repetitive customer interactions without adding technical friction for our support teams. This required a dual-centric strategy: creating a helpful, intuitive interface for the end-consumer while building robust backend monitoring tools for us as the product provider.
The Impact
The successful deployment of this chatbot transformed our internal workflows by shifting the burden of routine inquiries away from staff. By focusing on how we oversee app performance, I ensured the AI acted as a force multiplier for the team rather than a standalone tool. This project highlights my ability to manage a full product lifecycle and my commitment to enhancing operational efficiency through structured AI implementation.
