Data Entry Specialist

I assist with sales and delivery data entry for a construction material hauling business, converting physical delivery documents and bills of lading into accurate digital records using Excel. My work includes tracking vehicle trips, material quantities, delivery totals, and processing related financial records such as partner and customer invoices.

Accuracy is critical in this role, as errors can directly impact customer trust and financial reporting. I verify data carefully by cross-checking physical documents against digital entries, ensuring records are clean, organized, and reliable for business use.

Through this experience, I developed speed, attention to detail, and strong data organization habits, allowing me to work efficiently whenever data updates are required.
